Changing of the guard

As you know, our founding manager/buyer, Craig Waters, asked for his role to be reduced to part-time at the beginning of 2016 in anticipation of retiring. In the months that have passed since then, he has primarily focused on his role as buyer, while Terry Reed, our operations manager, has overseen the Store’s day-to-day operations.

Craig has now elected to retire as of the end of the year and, accordingly, we are initiating the search for a new buyer who will have big shoes to fill: Craig was on board from the beginning — six months before the Store opened — and played a huge role in defining our brand and establishing strong supplier relationships. We are very grateful to Craig for his exceptional dedication and steadfast commitment to the Store’s success.
