PROSPECTUS
INFORMATION
You can pick up a
hard copy of the PROSPECTUS at
Scotts Florist on Woodruff St in Saranac Lake.
TO RECEIVE A PROSPECTUS BY MAIL OR EMAIL:
1.
Contact Melinda Little, President, Saranac Lake Community Store, Inc.
by clicking the PROSPECTUS link below.
2. Type "Prospectus" in the subject line
3. Include your name and complete address in the email. The Prospectus
will be sent via email as an attached pdf file, or please indicate if
you wish to have it sent via the U.S. Postal Service.
Completed paperwork can be mailed to the address listed on the
Prospectus or dropped off at The Community Store Interim Office on the
Second Floor of the Homenergy Building, 33 Depot St., Saranac Lake. The
hours will be, starting Monday, July 23rd, Monday - 9 - 10:30 am, Wed - 11 am - 12:30
pm, and Thursday 5 - 6
pm.
